Centering Prayer
Since January 9th, we have been offering a time of Centering Prayer. Bev Sparks offers some history, gentle instruction, and holds the space for us.
All are welcome and no experience necessary.
Centering prayer is an ancient Christian contemplative practice for developing a deeper relationship with God by resting in God's presence.
Centering Prayer is on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month at 10:00 in room 101 (lower level) off the lower parking lot.
